You will be offered the access to solutions dedicated to the elite, reserved for athletes who demand the best preparation. It ranges from regular trainings, physical preparation camps to reathletisation sessions.

Improving your performance is our priority and this main objective is present in each step of our collaboration.
Beyond the different competition places that can take place all around the globe, BFS group is located on two main sites in France: On the French Riviera and on the West part of France.
We offer high- level athletes the most appropriate place to get assessed, to train or to get a rehabilitation after an injury with the purpose of major competitions in mind.

Our fitness trainers have developed unique training sessions with aquatic trails for training or reathletisation, but also trecking ,running or cycling for cohesion camps, as well as hiking and snowshoes trails for reathletisation during winter time.

The goal is to improve the athlete’s speed of movements, optimize his/her reaction time and velocity in accordance with his/her discipline. Muscular strength and speed of execution must be therefore linked to an established profiled of the athlete so as to enhance the athletic performance.


All these qualities are required for short- term efforts but integrating a maximum intensity when a complete or segmentally body movement is realized.
